Nukayok Sauce Lo-mein


Makes 3 servings 


1 pound of egg noodles (any noodles)

3 boneless & skinless thighs cut up. (About 17 oz of any meat)

Half an onion
1 1/2 single of stalk celery
1 cup shredded carrots
Half a bunch of green onion
(Use any veggies and add more if you like)

In a gallon zip lock bag add 3 tbs of Nukayok Sauce, 2 tsp of corn starch, 1 tsp of garlic powder, then add chicken. Mix and let it marinate for an hour. (Marinate longer and add more sauce if you like).

Cook chicken with a bit of oil, cook throughly, and then set aside.

Cook vegetables in the same pan as the chicken. When veggies are cooked to your liking add in noodles. (Use more oil if needed)

Pour in 2/3 cup Nukayok sauce and mix. Cover for a few minutes and then stir. Cook till noodles are glazed and taste test to make sure noodles are cooked throughly.

You can always add more sauce to your plate. (We won’t tell anyone 🤫)

Overall key to this dish is to let the noodles cook till there is a nice yummy glaze. That’s it!
