Refund and Exchange Policy

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. You can return your unopened items for a full refund. Buyer must pay return shipping. If your goods are damaged in transit we will replace the goods at no cost to you.

In order to process a return please email support@nukayoksauce.com with your full name or order number in the subject line. We will process all eligible refunds in 3 business days or less upon receiving product. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
