What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. You can return your unopened items for a full refund. Buyer must pay return shipping.

 

Does the product need to be refrigerated after opening?

For best quality you can refrigerate after opening, but it isn't necessary. 

 

How do I track my order?

Once you place your order and get your packaged ready for shipping, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided. You will receive a link in the email where you can track your order status.

 

Do you ship Worldwide?

Unfortunately, due to being a small business we are only able to ship within the Continental US (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico) 

Who is your shipping carrier?

We ship via USPS (United States postal service) and UPS. Please provide your complete address (including apartment, suite, or unit number) and double check your address before completing your order. This will ensure your package arrives correctly and without delay.
