Before anything… make rice! 😅
Ingredients:
-About 1lb of pork and 10.4oz of green beans-
Instructions:
Clean and cut off the ends of your green beans. Cut in half or smaller pieces and cook in boiling hot water for 5 minutes, drain, and set aside. While your beans are in the pot cut your pork belly 1/4 inch thin and bite size. Stir fry till slightly brown and then add green beans and salt to taste (Dish has to be salted before adding sauce). Cook for about 5 minutes and then add a splash or two (.4 oz or a little under a tablespoon) of nukayok sauce and let it cook another 5 minutes. Plate it with rice and your done! Enjoy!
